This Privacy Policy applies to the Watagotchi app (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, which is provided by PT Nusantara Artifisial Indonesia (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages you visit within the Application, the time and date of your visit, and the duration of time spent on those pages
- The operating system of your mobile device
- General usage statistics
For a better experience, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Email address
- User ID
- Gender
- Age
This information will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy. The Service Provider may also use this information to contact you occasionally with important updates, notifications, or promotional content.

Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data collection and usage. These include but are not limited to:

- Unity
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:

- To trusted service providers who operate on behalf of the Service Provider and who have agreed to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. This can be done via the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
User-provided data will be retained as long as the Application is in use, and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to request the deletion of your data, please contact the Service Provider at irawan@wataragames.com, and your request will be addressed promptly.
Children
This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
